CRISTAUX in New York

Last month in New York, the Joyce Theater's annual summer ballet festival closed with Arthur Pita's Cristaux, set to music by Frank Moon and Bev Lee Harling. Danced by stars Robbie Fairchild and Maria Kowroski (New York City Ballet), and Sarah Lamb and Edward Watson (Royal Ballet), it is an extended rework of Pita's 2016 piece for Ballet Black, with a new score.

"The most intriguing of the dances presented, and one of the most original dances I’ve seen all year... don't miss it." Critical Dance.
